3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, along with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
  • Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

4. Return and Exchange Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect the product(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If the returned item(s) are approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
  • If you're exchanging an item, any difference in price will be either refunded or charged accordingly.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
